| Summer Fitness Class Schedule 2008 Session I: June 7th thru July 18th Session II: July 20th thru August 30th Classes are 6 weeks unless noted. Pre-registration is required for all classes and ends 3 days before class start date. Drop-in classes are available (see summer class schedule). Space is limited so please call ahead first. With mom's help, this class teaches children the basics of listening, following directions & socializing in a classroom setting. This is still a full hour workout for mom with a warm up, stretching, Yoga strength exercises, abdominal work, baby yoga & massage and a cool down with stretching. Note: Please bring a baby blanket and one small toy to hold onto (keys & rattles work best). Bottles, sippy cups and snacks are welcome into class. Mondays 1:00-2:00 pm | |
