Connecting the mind and the body and conditioning the student to trust their instincts and follow their true path in life. The classes are one hour and include: Breathing techniques, Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts, kettlebells, laughter, meditation, diet/nutrition, Q & A (retreats/seminars available). Tuesday, Thursday 10:00-11:00 am Monday, Wednesday 7:15-8:15 pm HANZO TRAINING FOR YOUNG LADIES (ages 13-18) Instructor: Angel $75/month Empowerment, self-confidence, body awareness, and self-discipline- all these are important for fulfillment in life. Adding physical fitness and basic diet/nutrition to their lifestyle will help these young ladies achieve what they want and create lifelong healthy habits. (Field trips and retreats available for extra cost). Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 pm MAT PILATES (Ages 18+, All Abilities) Instructor: Andrea $72/session Mat Pilates is an excellent way to develop a solid core while increasing flexibility, correcting postural alignment, and developing long lean muscle mass. Pilates is a phenomenal mind-body exercise that forces clients to get in touch with their bodies through the breath and sharpens mental focus. Prior to training in Pilates, Andrea danced professionally in New York and Asia and continues to act in theatre and film. Thursdays 5:00-6:00 pm VINYASA FLOW YOGA (Ages 18+) Instructor: Amber $72/session Learn sun salutations and playing with variations in the poses. Discover the grace and beauty of Vinyasa Flow. Increase your flexibility, strength and balance developing confidence with creative sequences. Mondays 6:00-7:00 pm "HAPPY HOUR" VINYASA FLOW YOGA (Ages 18+) Instructor: Amber $60/session Vinyasa Flow class to release the stress from the week and get in the mood for the weekend! NOTE: This happy hour will not give you a hangover. Fridays 4:00-4:45 pm VINYASA TOGETHER" (Ages 18+, All Abilities) Instructor: Amber $90/session A 2 hour class developing pranayama (breathing) techniques and gradually flowing into partner yoga. This class is designed to encourage the development of trust and communication in a safe and encouraging atmosphere. Having a partner is not necessary - willingness to "Vinyasa Together" is the focus. Saturdays 10:15-12:15 am BE-YOU-CHI-FULL BODY (for teenage girls ages 12-15) Instructor: Hiyala $78/session Learn how to love your body! For teenage girls ages 12-15. Come and practice yoga and learn anatomy thru exploration. What kinds of stretches feel good for you? Which don't feel good? We will also learn about aromatherapy fragrances, how to use them for good health. We will also learn some easy massage techniques that we can practice on each other. Mondays 3:15-4:15 pm YOGA/PILATES (11+, Beginner Level) Instructor: Hiyala $60/$78/session Awaken and enliven your body, mind and spirit with Pilates infused throughout my classes for abdominal strength along with Yoga poses. This class is suitable for those who want to maintain wellness and would like a "mellow" class for stress reduction as well as those who are less flexible and have limitations due to injuries. With this small class size, instructions can be personalized. Tuesdays 6:45-7:45 am, 8:00-9:00 am, 11:15 am -12:00 pm MAT PILATES (11+, Beginner Level) Instructor: Hiyala $60/$78/session Pilates is a system of exercise that creates long, lean muscles, and strong abdominals. In this beginning level class we will learn how to activate the deep core muscles using the breath, resistance bands, and light weights. It can be easy or hard, depending on how you "work it". Mondays 4:30-5:30 pm, Tuesdays 12:15-1:00 pm, Thursdays 12:15-1:00 pm AROMAYOGA (11+, Beginner Level) Instructor: Hiyala $78/session We will address the chakras with experiences in sight, sound, ,meditation and aromatherapy. Each person will receive a decorative tin filled with an herb that can be used as tea. To your good health! Mondays 4:30-5:30 pm VINYASA FLOW YOGA (18+, Mixed Level) Instructor: Mary Anne $70/session Rejuvenating flow Yoga practice which will indulge the physical body, emotions, mind, and heart. With a focus on breathing, balance and intention, this flow class links poses through movement and breath. It will help build strength and increase flexibility. Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00-8:00 pm (5 Weeks) No Class June 12th & 17th MOMMY & ME YOGA FITNESS (Adult w/child 0-18 months) Instructor: Jennifer $60/session What a great class for Babies who want to have fun and work out with mom. With mom's help, this class teaches children the basics of listening, following directions & socializing in a classroom setting. This is still a full hour workout for mom with a warm up, stretching, Yoga strength exercises, abdominal work, baby yoga & massage and a cool down with stretching. Note: Please bring a baby blanket and one small toy to hold onto (keys & rattles work best). Bottles, sippy cups and snacks are welcome into class. Mondays & Wednesdays 10:00-11:00 am |
