I offer private & semi-private yoga classes. The yoga style I teach is a “Vinyasa Flow Yoga” that synchronizes your breath with flowing yoga poses. We will move the body more quickly, building heat for deep stretching and to get our hearts pumping aerobically. We also focus on relaxation & meditation to fully complete your mind, body & soul workout.
I have a B.S. in Kinesiology with my emphasis in fitness & wellness. My yoga training is through YogaFit in Levels 1 & 2 and pre/postnatal (pregnancy) yoga. I love working with all abilities & ages.
