Jennifer offers private & semi-private yoga classes. She teaches a “Vinyasa Flow" style yoga that synchronizes your breath with flowing yoga poses. We will move the body more quickly, building heat for deep stretching and to get our hearts pumping aerobically. We also focus on relaxation & breath to fully complete your mind, body & soul workout.
Jennifer has a B.S. degree in Kinesiology with her emphasis in fitness & wellness. Her yoga training is through YogaFit in Levels 1 & 2 and pre/postnatal (pregnancy) yoga. She loves working with all abilities & ages.
